not sure why ppl don't like about the app, but it does record your measuring shows average and where you are stuff. Occasional failure on measuring but it does work on second time. I'm using only Bluetooth not wifi, which would make better I think? Overall, wonderful scale

Worked for less than a year and now won’t measure, connect to the apps, charge, nothing. Just gives error codes. Garbage product and wish I had saved the money and just stuck to an old school analog scale.

I had another smart scale but this one is my fav. It offers more stats than the other one. Definitely a better purchase

I ordered this scale as an alternative to using an expensive store-based one. Having tested them against each other they are pretty similar in results.The scale has a detachable handle via a usb-c port, which is also how it charges as it doesn't use batteries. This also makes it so you can use it as a regular scale until you want to get a more in-depth reading.You need to download an app on your phone to start logging your results, and start the full body analysis. Like the bigger machines it shows the muscle/fat/water content of your trunk and limbs, along with overall results like BMI and Body-Fat percentage.My only issue is with a few things in the app like "body age" and a disjointed voice when selecting the start of your measurement.Overall it's been a nice tool for weight loss, and overall fitness.

I’m adding a few stars to this review after the mfg updated the app. You can see the original problem below. They added a delete feature so when a mistake is made between two people it can be deleted so the data history can keep good data. However, the app still really only works on one users phone and that person gets asked who’s weight a reading is. It keeps a history for the family and friends reading but that isn’t quite the same as sharing the scale and each person gets their own readings. We. Have other scales that knows who stepped on it by weight profiles and each user gets only their data in the app. If it makes a mistake (happened with my wife and daughters who were close in weight) you could toss the reading out instead of having a bad reading. So my wife who is sensitive about her weight really doesn’t want me to be the weight keeper and I don’t get to see my own data without using her phone that shows me her weight anyway. If this isn’t an issue or if you are single scale user. Good scale, seems very accurate and nice body fat readings.Original review below:I would give this review zero stars if I could. The scale itself works ok but the app is unusable for a husband a wife household. There is no way to edit which one of you gets assigned a weight. My 100 lbs wife didn’t like it when my 208 lbs weight got recorded for her and the mfg said there was no way to fix except delete the user and start over.

I can't rate the accuracy as a 5 as none of these low cost ones are medical grade, but it's consistent with the other 3 I have (old omron, new Fiar, returned lePulse which wouldn't measure me, though it worked for my son). I found it the easiest to use, least finnicky of the 4, once I had the software app, which took less than 10 minutes to get and install on my iPhone. The other 2 new ones also included a pdf download using FitDay app, but with those it was harder to get a good reading, seemed more finnicky. This one just works. AND, in addtion to the PDF file format it includes a .csv which Excel and SQL geeks like me will appreciate for ease of long-term data analysis of my own.

When I bought the device app was my concern but they did update the app and its working perfectly and exactly giving the information what I need. They have very good customer service, getting all feedbacks and improving their app. I'm completely recommending now.

Got back in 2022. 2 years later and it doesn’t turn on anymore after charging full battery. I tried the reset hole and it did nothing. I didn’t use it often so it not functioning is disappointing.
