Daiya Mac & Cheese Veggie Medley, 10.6 oz

After starting an elimination diet, I was struggling to find Mac and Cheese that was vegan and gluten free that tasted alright. This exceeded expectations. Note to buyers: the fake cheese sauce has an odd consistency but once mixed with the pasta, it gets better.

Such a good product! Just what a person who is gluten/dairy free needs. Was so impressed with my first carton that I'veave ordered a whole case via my Subscribe and Save. Just the right amount of "cheeze" and pasta for a good balance - the added veggies make it even better. I also added some more veggies to the mixture for a complete dinner. This, to me, is one of the best Daiya products - I find the cheezes a bit flavorless (except for the cheddar) but this product along with a good quality pasta makes it just perfect.

This is a delicious Mac and cheese. We have a dairy allergy so our home is dairy free. It’s hard to find tasty, FAST, easy meal we all (2, 4, 6 and 2 adults) enjoy. I like to add frozen peas and carrots. My kids give it 6 thumbs up 🤗

The taste wasn't bad, but it wasn't good enough for me to buy again.

Make your own, there are plenty of good recipes out there. This one is pretty gross.
