Not so easy to find in shops so happy to buy on ...
Not so easy to find in shops so happy to buy on amazon. Too early to comment on durability but these are good quality, easy to set up and use. The medium grade has a decent amount of resistance so probably good for most triathletes and older master swimmers

Try doing 80 double pull cord stretches !!
The cords are great and just what I wanted. Now all I need is a bracket / wall socket strong enough to hold it when I do exercises with the cords !!

Good until it falls apart
Was really happy with the cords, but after a few months it started to go wrong. First the handles broke, sorted by doing a knot. But then it broke in half... Not even 6 months since I bought it.And the bonus - got hit by the rubber when it broke, thanks!

recommend to get these by my swimming coach and they work very well i like that they have handles making training with it comfier than people who just have straps

very poor quality - snapped after ten 30 minute sessions
spent a bit more on this as it was supposedly a good quality branded FINIS product and better made than the cheaper alternativesthe band snapped after ten 30 minute sessionscontacted FINIS who washed their hands of iti would advise just buying the cheaper options on amazon as these more expensive ones only seem to last the same anount of time

Vital for swimmers
Bought the red cords. These cords are a great way to strengthen many of the tiny connector muscles, ligaments and tendons in the arms, shoulders and upper back that can become overused or overlooked while training in the pool. An increase in strength leads to increased swimming speed. I do three sets of 50 three times a week. Fantastic training tool!

Gutes Zugseil zum Einstieg
Mit Hilfe dieses Zugseils kann man in das Training gut einsteigen. Das Band ist sehr robust. Diese Stärke ist für Regelmäßige Schwimmer jedoch nicht für Sportanfänger ohne Kraft zu empfehlen.

Il verde è un po’ duro
Buon prodotto. Sono un nuotatore Master ultracinquantenne e li ho trovati un po’ duri. Forse per i più “anziani” è più gestibile il giallo. Però se non li usate per il nuoto ma per scopi di fitness in generale allora secondo me il verde è un buon compromesso ( per un maschio).

Attached these to a post in the basement, and then looked online for swim training videos. Can't go in the pool, but want to maintain muscle? These are great during pandemic times.
