Nature's Miracle Litter Box Odor Destroyer, 24 Ounces, Eliminates Feces, Urine and Ammonia Odors from Cat Litter Box

We’ve used natures miracle products for years, but this one works even better to refresh litter boxes. Urine odor has gone way down.

Some mice had died inside a wall that they got into. Mice, especially dead ones, have a very pungent odor. After thoroughly cleaning the area of the remains, I sprayed about 3 times with Nature's Miracle, and the very unpleasant odor was gone. I have had cats, so I know that their litter box can have a strong smell. Although I didn't use it for that purpose, I feel the spray will work at least as well as it did for the mice.

It works and works well. I’ve bought it forever throughout the lives of several cats. The sprayer works smoothly. The scent is nice but doesn’t overpower.

You can spray it on clumping litter (we use tidy cats clay unscented clumping cat litter) without it clumping up and getting the litter messed up. I spray 5-7 sprays all around the box, then mix up the litter and BOOM - smells gone. My cats don’t seem to mind it as they went in right after I sprayed it and used the bathroom. The safety of this product was my main concern. As you know, when cats get out of the litter box they groom themselves, at least mine do. And I was concerned about them getting that spray on their feet and then licking it off but I’ve had zero issues so I feel comfortable using it frequently. It will get some stains out but I’ve found Zout is the best thing and I keep it on hand at all times. But as far as PET stains go, this is a great go-to! I only use this every other day so this bottle should last me a long time. I’ve had no issues with it leaking, etc. so it’s easy to store. This is not unscented. So many products will say unscented yet when you spray it, it has a smell. It smells kind of like clean linen. It’s not overpowering but it DOES have a scent. But my boys don’t seem to mind it so I don’t either.

I love Nature's Miracle products! I have two very large male cats. They're neutered and healthy, but they generate a lot of pee and it can be quite odiferous. Rather than clean the litter boxes multiple times a day, if I smell something unpleasant I spray this stuff on the "fresh" spot. It eliminates almost all of the oder without adding a bunch of perfume scent. Amazingly, it doesn't generate the least bit of litter clumping. It's a wonderful product that has made my life much easier and more pleasant.

The price on another brand that I had been using tripled overnight and I just couldn’t justify the cost, so I tried this due to the reviews. In comparison to the spray I had been using, I would say it’s just ok. The smell reduction does not last as long as I expected, even though I clean the box twice a day. I have 3 cats and 2 boxes. It has a mild chemical smell, which lasts for a few minutes after using, but that is expected with a product like this. I find the spray bottle itself does not produce a fine enough mist to not cause clumping on the litter itself so I transferred it to another bottle which does. I hold the bottle 12-14 inches above the litter and spray 3 times. Then I stir the litter and do this two more times to thoroughly mix the product into the box. Like I said, the stuff does not last long throughout the day though. Unfortunately, I will just have to suck it up and pay more for another brand. This may work better for someone with only 1 cat or someone with a cat that doesn’t produce a lot of ammonia in their urine. One of mine has a condition that causes him to produce a lot of ammonia. I actually added zeolite to assist this past month while using up the rest of the bottle. It was the final thing that reduced the smell throughout the day.

Very light pleasant scent, my little kitties are not having issues with it. Easy to use and makes my role as a cat mom bearable!!

The 4th ingredient is fragrance! I bought it specifically because it says unscented right on the front label. It was an unpleasant surprise when I used it and my wife had an asthma attack! I would avoid this product completely if they’re going to blatantly lie on the label like this!
