Work very well in Northern Virginia
Best grass seed I've used (after using many other brands). I pre-germinated by soaking in water (in a bucket) for about 2 weeks before seeding. Sprouted very quickly. Deep green lush lawn about 1 year later. In Northern Virginia (very hot summers). Will order more. Highly recommended.

Not happy
So far 3.5 weeks in germination does not look promising. If it changes in couple more weeks will-change review. As of now I am not happy with this. I’ve used JG brand a few times and this is not usually the quality given. Could’ve been a bad bag but that’s just me being nice. The standard of quality should be throughout each portion sold. Not a hit or miss‼️

It grew amazingly well. Had to protect the seeds from birds so covered them with burlap until blades were coming up!! Buying a 2nd bag to finish the front yard!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A great product. This seed is fast sprouting. And is very durable grass.Thi stuff is so good that you can grow it on concrete. Don't waste your money on sod. Very easy-to-use

Did last!
It didn't last for me here in SC. It came up within 7 days and died out within a month. I planted it in mid spring and died by late May beginning of June. I do have a sprinkler system thatvwaters it so it did receive the right amount of water.I bought 2 bags, put them down with a spreader, water as descibed and it did not do well.
