Great “dupe” for brand name. No sense in breaking the bank for same quality!!!
We love these!! Quality are top notch and magnets are strong. We’ve had them since Christmas and only cracked one so far (I stepped on it with high heels. Others have been stepped on without breaking) that we threw away for safety purposes, but the magnets weren’t even close to falling out. Better safe than sorry though. We have 3 kids age 6-1 and they all love them and get lots of play out of them. Bought the same brand for our niece & nephew.

Great tiles for much cheaper than the name brands!
Awesome little magnet toys! These are perfect for kids and grown ups and and can be used so many different ways. One of the things I looked for when I was buying these is that they have the rivets that keep the two sides together - that was important to me so the magnets were less likely to come out. It's not really a complaint, more an observation, but these aren't 100% compatible with MagnaTiles. They're just ever so slightly smaller so when you're building an epic design, the tiny mismatches begin to show. If you're just building small houses and such, it's no big deal, but the major castles and towers do take a hit for not being exactly the same.

I can't say enough good things about Magnatiles
They are so nice I had to buy them twice. I tell myself I bought a second set for the kids but in reality it was actually for me. As a parent it is extremely difficult to find that toy that your kids will play with not for just one day but has been played with for years.I may consider buying a third set because the kids are building big enough mansions that they are running out of pieces. I can't recommend this toy enough for someone looking to let their kids creative minds run wild while also being able to build with and help them.

Great tiles
Play mag brand is great. Made well, last a long time. Never had any break. Was very happy to add this set to our collection

Nice toy
They do work, but do fall apart easily. Can be frustrating for some children. Color are bright and the idea is wonderful for imagination.

The new magnets really are stronger!
I absolutely love the new Playmags! We got the 150 piece set last year (2015) for Christmas and the kids loved them. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the magnets just weren't as strong as I thought they would be. We could build decent structures but everything seemed to fall apart after it would get so big. According to my kids, the babysitter's magformers were much stronger and stayed together better. I tossed the idea around of getting a different brand, but price wise I just didn't want to spend the extra money on a better magnet with way less pieces. Like I said, my kids (ages 8, 6, 4, and 2) still played with them all the time and didn't seem to mind. Luckily, I procrastinated on getting another set of playmags and they came out with the new stronger magnets with the clickins. We got the updated 150 piece set, the alphabet click in set, and the building plate. We are completely in love. The new magnets are so much stronger! Even using them with our older blocks makes the older ones more sturdy. The click ins with alphabet and windows add so much more fun to our buildings and the kids like trying to put their names on the sides of the buildings. I can not say enough about the new set. Still not sure how they compare to other brands, but we love what we have. They are the first toy I grab when we have moms group as they are always a hit with all age children. I would love to see some new sets with more shapes or building ideas in the future! Attached photos: the tower my 4 year old built and up close picture of the magnet. The W and green block have the newer magnets, the two blocks below it have the older, thinner magnets. My daughter never could have built that same tower with the old blocks!
