This product tangles easily. The ponytail is hard to install and slips. Had to use multiple hair pins. I would not buy this product again.

The media could not be loaded. Not rating 5 stars only because this hair is so damn heavy! I had to take it out 3 hours in because the comb in the ponytail digs into my scalp. It's too much weight for my hair to support. All of that aside, it is beautifully packaged, it feels so soft, it comes with a beautiful wave in it. It's very long and looks gorgeous when you put it on.

Hair is soft but top attachment part is horrible. Doesnt stay wrapped and falls off even with pins. My sister bought it too and had the same issue
