Emile Noel Sunflower Oil - Organic [500ml] (Pack of 2)

So there's no doubt that this is an unrefined sunflower oil, the smell and taste is quite distinct so it takes some getting used to. I would say it has quite a nutty smell/ taste. This means that it is probably not good for recipes that require a neutral flavoured oil and I definitely did not like the flavour in baking. That said, as you change your diet to unrefined foods, it takes a bit of time for the palette to adjust. This is a high quality product that will be good for some cooking/ recipes, perhaps only savoury ones.

Although a bit too strong for personal food preference, I find this excellent for oil pulling.Quite rare to find an organic, cold-pressed sunflower oil in a glass bottle too - kudos to that!
