This product is very potent and can either be swallowed with water or just sucked in the mouth if wished. It is fairly easy to swallow and the packaging slips conveniently through the letter box and is more enviromental friendly than plastic.

Have used Oxford Vitality before and found their products to be excellent quality and amazing value for money. I couldn't believe how many tablets there were! Their packaging is resealable, sturdy envelopes which fit through the letterbox with ease, so no waiting for delivery.
