#21 runs a little dark. I have dry skin and also use the Aqua Glass Coating Cream. That product isn't super moisturizing on its own, but it makes my skin look hydrated (almost wet) while other products are actually going to work. I was hoping this cushion would have a similar finish so I could skip digging around in the cream jar. The cushion looks completely matte on my skin, even with the Coating Cream underneath. It's a very average cushion overall, but I had to take it down to a 2 from 3 because of the shade and the fact that it looks so dry on the skin.
