Q: How would this Fit a 13.5 inch wok?

The 14-inch wooden lid will fit ONLY woks with a diameter of 14 inches. Please check the photos of the product for more details. It doesn't fit 13.5-inch wok.

Q: Should this be treated with wood treatment like a cutting board?

My Wok cover is not treated with any oils or wood treatment. I just simply use warm water with soft dish soap if needed and it is holding up fine. But if wish to give the item some additional TLC I’m sure it would not hurt.

Q: How do you wash and dry lid?

Mine is fairly new, so I wipe clean with a towel or micro cloth. I wouldn’t dunk it in soapy water. I always put it up dry , watching for dryness that I would offset with light oiling.

Q: The yosukata wok i bought comes with a warning not to boil or steam in it. why say here that i can use this cover to boil and steam in the wok?

I am not positive but, it depends if you bought a cast iron wok or a carbon steel wok.
