This is a great supplement. I would buy it again

As a side note, I also take a multivitamin and a couple herbal pills, but I changed nothing during my 30-day trial here.The results weren't mind blowing, nor should they be for a pack of vitamins. But I noticed the differences and I could see the changes happening quantitatively. My overall levels of everything from blood pressure to blood sugar evened out more than they have before. I have made my diet healthier and healthier over the years but I didn't change it drastically while taking this. Mainly to see if it had any effect.Based on my experience, nothing but a 5-star review would do and a full recommendation.PS - there are only 4 small pills per pack so don't expect some 10 huge pills that are hard to swallow.

These are the best multi vitamin I have used.Felt a difference first day on them.Also love that they come in individual packs so that the vitamins stay fresh longer
