Q: Hello, what is the weight capacity of this unit please?

I do not know the weight capacity, but I use it to hang diving stuff, which is heavier than regular clothes, especially when it's wet, and it does the job just fine.

Q: The top rail looks more flat than round. Has anyone tried to hand an S hook from the top rail?

Hi - it is perfectly round . I have only used it with hangers but it would take an appropriately sized S hook i should think without a problem.

Q: Why do the wheels fall out?? They do not fit the adapter

The wheels fitted my rail fine and when loaded with clothes moves freely, perhaps you have a faulty one
