Q: What Are The Measurements?

Hello! The size small is 2 ft x 4 ft. Medium is 4 ft x 4 ft and Large is 4 ft x 6 ft. Thank you for your question!

Q: Does anyone know the thickness of the acrylic panels?

The wall panels are 3/32" thick and are completely captured on all edges in slots in the aluminum frame. The door panel is almost 1/4" thick.

Q: Can the door open from the “width” side? The part that’s not so long?

Q: what keeps it from being flipped over if, for example, a 40 lb dog jumped up to lean on one side?

Hello and thanks for your question. The pens are very sturdy; they weight: small=37 lbs, medium=43 lbs, and large=50 lbs. So, they can definitely withstand being leaned on. But do keep in mind that they are made for small to medium sized dogs. Forty pounds is getting to be a bit on the big side, especially if the dog is strong and active.
