I have been taking this for about 3 months now along with my Metformin, as far as I can tell this is helping lower my A1C. I have not completely changed my diet as a diabetic but have for the most part cut back on sugar and carbs. I still have cheat days but who doesn’t.

I can buy direct and save money or travel a few miles and pay WAY less. So sorry,I can't pay $28.95 for a product I can buy elsewhere for 1/3to 1/2 the price. Lost a customer. This is outrageous.

I bought this product at the recommendation of a friend for trying to regulate my sugar levels when trying to stop taking in so much (pre-diabetic), and I really was dissapointed when it really didn't help. I had hoped to curb my cravings even a little, and with such a great brand......I guess I expected too much.
