pi boots up perfectly, the included fan screws are quite nice, the power supply is very high quality
The pi boots up perfectly, the included fan screws are quite nice, the power supply is very high quality, as well as the case. The shipping was fast, no issues at all. All in all great bundle for the price, and definitely would recommend, especially considering it comes packed nicely, as well as already installed in the case.

Good kit, but missing a piece or two.
I got it working, though the instructions were more than a little sparse, and the screws to mount the cooling fan were missing from the kit entirely. Fortunately, I was able to find something adequate to replace them. Also, the manual went on at length about to how to flash the operating system on to the SDRAM, but why? The SDRAM already has the Raspberry Pi OS installed on it. That, and some other oddities, told me that the documentation was slightly out of date.

Awesome Raspberry Pi 4 kit
This is a great Raspberry Pi 4 kit, and includes everything a new/experienced enthusiast would need to get going with the popular ARM chip. Great for the tech hobbyist like myself. Assembly and setup was quite easy, everything was extremely well packaged and well designed.I ended up using the Fedora media writer to prepare the installation - it worked without issue.Great way to get going with a raspberry pi! 5-stars!

Missing some parts
The product shipped fast, and came in a nice package. Didnt realize it was missing the microSD card reader(not a total loss) and the SD card definitely had something already pre-loaded. Did a clean image of just to be safe. The usb-type c power switch also didn't work but it was just a nice bonus and not needed. Really only wanted the raspberry pi and everything else was extra. My clear case came already assembled but you need to unassemble it to get the computer inside it.

Best way to get a Raspberry Pi, Decent value. Re-format the SD card
It hasn’t been possible to buy a reasonably priced standalone Raspberry Pi for a few years, with this in mind this starter kit is a decent value with all of the included accessories. It comes with an upper-end 4gb Pi and a nice UL listed power supply with an integrated power switch. It also has a name brand Sandisk Ultra 64GB SD card, which is recommended you reformat and start with your own fresh current OS install. The case is decent made of stacked pieces of acrylic. I like that it comes with two micro to full HDMI cables, since these aren’t something I would have had on hand. Otherwise it has a fan and some heatsinks, as well as a nice full color printed manual. Overall I’m happy with this kit.

Poor documentation
When I opened the package I was happy to see that all of the components were there as described and shown on the product page. However, I have to express my disappointment at the documentation that came with the kit. For all intent and purpose, there isn't anything useful in what could be described at "documentation". Yes, there is a rudimentary diagram of the Pi and its dimensions and a picture of the Pi. The other piece of documentaion shows a Q code to reach the documentation on line. Using my phone for the Q code took me to a video that went over how to remove the protective coatings on the 9 seperate plastic layers that make up the "box". If you don't keep all those layers together in the right order when removing the protective covering it will take you an extremely long time to figure out how they have to go back together again in order for all the connections to clear the case. The protective coating is so thin and tight to the plastic that even a good set of fingernails is not quite enough to get under the edge and remove the thin coating. The video is otherwise useless in explaining the building of the Pi in the case. Even the presenter had problems figuring out the right sequence for the layers to go back together again. If not for the lack of "real" documentation for the assembly, this could have been a good experience and value. The quality of the product is good. Lack of good documentation kills a higher recommendation.
