Feels like I am in Ghana right now - At first I was cooking it my own way by mixing it with warm water and putting in fire and it came out lumpy. I then followed the directions on the box by boiling water first and the cooking it and it came out perfect , I will be buying again and again Review: Decent - A decent fufu especially for people that aren't go at doing it from scratch.

Nice alternate golden color plantain fufu.
the original plantain fufu use to be real dark chocolate color with nice aroma and taste. i used to make it from scratch in Nigeria. It was never golden color. may be color enhancer is added. i shall try and make it during summer because the green plantain needs a lot of sun to dry before grinding and sift.

Worst Fufu flour ever.
The worst Fufu flour I have ever encountered in my life. My entire family could not eat it. The Fufu once done is very hard and gummy. Don’t be fooled by the price. No value for money. Spend a little more money and buy other brands.

Plaintain flour.
I don’t think I like it. I don’t know how to make. I threw it away.

Muy rico, se debe cocinar bien para que no quede con sabor arenoso

YUM
I made fufu by boiling water in my water boiler tea pot, then mixing it in a cooking pot with 2 cups of this fufu powder- poured enough to make it a dough, then added a little more water in the pot to cook the dough for 3 minutes each side. I then added it to my groundnut stew with bell peppers and natural peanut butter and all the ingredients and spices. I love this stuff and so does my man. Please never stop making this natural fufu flour, without preservatives <3
