It’s useless. It takes forever to work for my headphones from iPhone. And when it does work, any slight nudge will cause it to disconnect.

The build quality is good. Shipped on time. Shows as Bluetooth device when connected to iPhone 12 (pop-up window as displayed on the package box). I feel there is a couple of dB loss (not very sure). However, one big downside is when it is connected to iPhone and you are not playing any audio, there is a mild humming (for lack of better word), but it is not very obvious, only able to hear it in very silent room, making me wonder its not MFi certified product (which they claim to be). Otherwise, it just works.
