is it me or are the dimensions all wrong? Shows the dimensions as 19.7"D x 39"W x 20"H but pictures show the seat as 20" wide the height as 40" tall

The chair is more like 39-40 inches Height. Then 24 inches from outside of one arm rest to the outside of the other arm rest with like a 20 inch wide seat cushion from floor to top of seat is like 20 inches.

Are the armrests detachable?

Good morning Brayden, No, the armrests are not detachable. You can pull them up so they are just behind the seatback of the chair if you need them out of the way.

What is the weight limit?

I would say about 275lbs. The chair has held up well and we’re not small people.

What is the manufacturer warranty?

1yr of normal wear and has to be A missing part and if you have animals like cats not covered. Also, amazon has only 30-day money back warranty.
