these seem to work to prevent fatigue after eating high histamine food. I haven't eaten a lot of high histamine food in one meal as I was nervous about how I would feel after, but so far so good. I was worried that the quercetin would cause insomnia, which I get from quite a few supplements. However, this did not happen at all, I was fine.

I suffer from diarrhoea, IBS, bloating, SIBO, migraines and various other issues with foods, drinks, and other allergens, including multiple chemical sensitivities to an array of pharmaceuticals. I took S.boulardii for all of 2 days before it caused disgusting yellow baby-poo diarrhoea, so much for all the positive reviews on S.boulardii rectifying gut dysbiosis. Took one of these and the diarrhoea stopped. Took another the next day, and it’s made me extremely constipated, which might be a relief from the vile yellow baby-poo diarrhoea but is far from ideal for a already struggling digestive tract. Not sure what to make of it as I’m positive that my many, many, allergies and hypersensitivities, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and migraines are definitely caused by either an excess of histamine and or a DAO and or HNMT deficiency, but this product evidently didn’t work well for me. I’ve had better results taking fexofenadine antihistamine tablets, despite knowing that all of the antihistamines currently available only block the H1 and H2 receptors, and do nothing for the H3 and H4 receptors which I know my system has difficulties with because of my symptoms and the physiological distribution of the different histamine receptors. Back to the drawing board and trawling through numerous medical papers on histamine intolerance. Will keep for when I have the next diarrhoea episode, because for me it sorts out that particular problem, but obviously I can’t take it every day or at every meal because I can’t risk slowing my guts transit time by that much.
