Waited 3 weeks to write this review. To see if l could honestly see and feel the difference from taking Vegan Labs AVC to give a more honestly feedback. Within the last week…..l have felt more energy with less acid reflux. My craving for junk food or bad snacks during my normal 11 hours at work definitely went away. Definitely control your appetite. And you know it’s the real deal when you can smell the Apple vinegar like you would from the bottle. Overall. I highly recommend it. Improve my digestive system with less acid reflux. Control my appetite. And gave me more energy at the same time. Great product at a great price!

It is not the first time that I have used apple cider vinegar for its benefits, but it is the first time that I have used this brand and just by opening the bottle I knew that it was a great product since the smell of vinegar is very strong and from my experience that makes it good. I previously bought another brand that didn't even have a scent and was ineffective. I recommend this product 100%. This product helps lower blood sugar levels, reduces appetite helping you lose weight and aids digestion among other things.

I purchased this product for the overall health benefits. I just received them yesterday, product arrived on time, however my review is limited to 4 stars because I've only been taking them for 1 day. So far no negative effects, and they're easy to swallow.

I have severe acid reflux and after taking one capsule I already felt some symptoms slightly subsiding which gives testament to the products potency. In fact, be careful smelling inside the bottle upon opening as you will get the similar burning sensation within your nasal passages as you would smelling the inside of a bottle of liquid acv. Each capsule contains 800mg ACV which is pretty much the highest amount you'll find in any ACV brand in capsule form. Great knowing I'm getting the most bang for my buck!

I would like to report something positive here, but I can't identify any specific benefits. It seems like a solid product, however. What I'd like to report and see other people reporting here are things like actual glucose readings, reduction in A1C, etc. from actual bloodwork.

These are easier to use than others I have tried. You don't get the vinegar burps that you do with some products. They really are better than others I have tried. That said, they don't make a difference like I hoped they would.
