I did like this product seemed to work like Oxy elite Pro, If you decide to take it I would only start with 1 pill not two like it recommends because you do get Hot sweaty then start getting chills but when you just take one a day and you dont get those symptoms but you do get a boost of energy.

Bought for appetite suppression because at one point I could eat a full nutritional meal and still be hungry and it became extremely frustrating. Originally took the pro xanthine version which is comparable to taking 2 of this version at once. This pill suppresses my appetite and gives me a good bit of energy. I like to take it before a morning run or before work because my job requires a lot of activity first thing in the day. Would not recommend taking if you are not going to be active within 30 minutes of taking. Energy boost slowly dwindles throughout the day, I usually only need 1/day which I take around 6:30am.No weight loss noticed at this time and I highly doubt the pill is going to cause weight loss because there is no magic pill for it. but it has suppressed my appetite and given me extra energy to create my own weight loss. Now if only it could give me an extra hour in the day.Update:: 17lbs in 17 days. I meal prep, fast 16/8, and alternate running 3 miles and at home workouts (ie. Tu,th,sat run, m,w,f home workout) pill is still helping with suppressing appetite and giving me energy, most of the weight loss is diet though. Did a whole diet overhaul, swapped my coffee creamer for non dairy almond milk creamer, stopped eating cheese, swapped soda for sparkling flavored water, stopped drinking starbucks - they're not terrible but I just like my coffee from home. My daily meals consist of chicken, vegetables, and fruit, real whole foods.I also am extremely motivated by results and have an addictive personality so watching the number drop daily is exciting and motivating for me so I weigh in twice a day to stay motivated.What I'm doing works for me, not everyone, find your thing and stick to it, you can do it!* Obligatory I AM NOT A HEALTH PROFESSIONAL *

Hey! This product has a lot of caffeine! If you're like me and have anxiety, you're probably freaking out right now and wondering if anybody has reviewed this product and saying it sent them to the hospital. Don't worry! I've already looked at all the reviews. There are some bad ones, kinda scary, but I promise you you're OK. Caffeine causes a lot of side effects, especially if you're not used to consuming it. Your heart is racing? You're not having a heart attack, I pinky promise. That's what this pill does. It speeds up your metabolism and gives you an "energy boost" with an absurd amount of caffeine. You will not have a caffeine overdose unless you went over the recommended 2 capsules. You're simply jittery and feel like this because of caffeine. Almost everyone goes through this once in their life, I promise. But I know sometimes logical words don't exactly help, so here are some ways you can get through your little caffeine buzz.Drink water! Don't chug it, but just sip. It's a great way to replace electrolytes and can help dilute the feeling you're having right now. Cold water is better.Take deep breaths. I promise it helps. 4 seconds in through the mouth, hold it for 7 seconds, and then release for 7 seconds. Nobody will notice, I promise.Take a little walk. Trying to keep your body still won't help you calm down, but running a marathon won't either. Even just a quick trip to the bathroom works.If you really need to, take a cold shower. This will help you come back to your senses.Relax your muscles. You might not even realize they're tensed, but relax them. Your shoulders and jaw especially.If you can, get to a space where you feel comfortable, or get out of a crowded setting. Don't overload your senses.Remember that you're totally ok! This is something that happens to people all the time, to the point where it's almost comedic to some. The stereotypical eye-twitching, shaky office worker who didn't get enough sleep? I was super skeptical when a friend offered me to try this, but I was truly blown away by the HOURS of sustained energy and motivation I had from just half the dosage. I don’t use this inherently as a preworkout; I use this to stay focused and motivated through my college classes and I STILL have energy left over to crush it in the gym. Only take them when you’re actually going to be doing something mentally or physically rigorous or you might get anxious. Otherwise best alternative to any of those “focus” medications doctors prescribe out the wazoo. This has also eliminated my need for a “pre-workout”

This is my third bottle and it definitely gives you an edge throughout the day, would be five stars except you don't know how much caffeine or other crap is in there. Also your body gets used to it after a few days and it doesn't feel as strong.

This product helped me drop 12 pounds in 10 days! If the caffeine is too strong, take one pill then another pill 1-2 hours later. I did intermittent fasting and carb cycling along with it. Can’t wait to take more to see more results!

I can only take one at a time 2 makes me jittery but can deff tell the difference

i haven’t been on it long enough to notice a change there’s no immediate change but something that stood out i opened it straight out of the packaging and it’s only 1/4 full. it’s worse than a bag of chips it’s an enormous nearly empty bottle.
