acheté en occasion. tout était présent, il est comme neuf....

Avec le temps, acheté il y a 1an et demi, le revêtement noir du mitigeur s'était dégradé sous la tête. Aucune utilisation de produits corrosifs (On peut d'ailleurs voir sur les photos, que c'est très localisé) Ce mitigeur, d'après le fabricant est garantie 5 ans. La garantie légale française est de 2 ans. Je contacte, sur le conseil d'Amazon, le service après-vente sur le site de Hansgrohe . J'ai eu la bonne surprise de recevoir aujourd'hui, après plusieurs échanges (Facture d'achat à fournir), un mitigeur neuf. Bravo pour le service après-vente de Hansgrohe. Je conseille fortement cette marque.
