I never thought I’d be raving about incontinence underwear, but here we are—and trust me, these are worth the hype. I started using Always Discreet Boutique underwear during my postpartum recovery, and they honestly saved me during those first few weeks. Since then, I’ve also used them for heavy period days or overnight, and they’ve become a must-have in my cabinet. First off, the comfort is unmatched. These don’t feel bulky or stiff like traditional adult diapers—they’re soft, stretchy, and actually look like real underwear. The high-rise fit gives that secure, “held-in” feeling that’s perfect for postpartum support, and they stay in place without bunching or sagging. As for absorbency, 10/10. They handled postpartum bleeding with no leaks, even overnight. Same goes for heavy period days when a pad just doesn’t cut it. No odor, no discomfort—just peace of mind. Pros: • Soft, breathable, and comfortable for all-day wear • Super absorbent—perfect for postpartum bleeding and heavy periods • Sleek, feminine design that doesn’t feel embarrassing to wear • No leaks, no odor, no shifting Cons: • Pricier than traditional pads or period underwear • Creates a little more waste than reusable options Final Verdict: If you’re preparing for postpartum recovery or just want reliable, comfortable protection for heavy flow days, these are absolutely worth the investment. I recommend keeping a few packs on hand—your future self will thank you.

Just gave birth to my baby and had a c section. Wasn’t too tight on my incision and there was no leakage. It’s been over a week now and I’m still using them everyday and I never have to worry and they’re pretty comfortable. Although They do have a strange smell to them but it’s tolerateable.
