I use this as an alternative to soy for all my vegetarian dishes, rice, veggies, noodles. Tastes delicious.

Nice flavor, like it

This is absolutely delicious, especially when I’m cooking Asian style dishes. Its flavor profile is far superior to regular soy sauce. That said, it is VERY high in sodium to the point where you can almost feel it the next day. It has about 1010mg of sodium per serving compared to 590 with low sodium kikoman, so use sparingly. It is a good sized bottle, although a little pricey. I don’t like that with the bigger sized bottle it has a larger pouring spout and I am unable to reuse the smaller bottle I had before because the lid is not a twist off. So if you’re just going for taste- this is it, if you have concerns with sodium maybe look for an alternative.

I'm a college student and eat a lot of rice because of how cheap it is, and this is my go to soy sauce for that. It's a lot stronger than tbe standard Kikkoman stuff and the little packets from your local Chinese food place, so expect that. If that's what you want then it's totally worth it, but if not then maybe stick to something else

I ordered this from a review on a TV cook show, claiming it was a good alternative to soy sauce, good for dips, soups, veggies. It's a watered down soy sauce and very salty, a little goes a long way. I will use it as not to waste it, but not different than good ole soy sauce.Seller was great in mailing fast.

Use it on soups stews, marinades, or straight out of the bottle on cooked rice, veggies, meats, etc. It's somewhat similar to Maggi but much less salty. More flavor, less sodium.

Lots of umami. I used it with honey to season chicken with potatoes, carrots and onions. No other seasoning needed. Delicious!
