The item works really well. My dogs and cats both love it. It's generally very quiet, only gets loud when the water is low). Some parts are a bit tricky to remove for cleaning, but overall it's fairly easy to clean. Filters last a good amount of time with regular cleaning. I clean the bowl and filters once a week. It has a very large capacity and it usually lasts all week (I have 2 dogs and 4 cats, they have two water bowls total). When one of the parts that holds the filter in place needed replaced, we contacted customer support. While they didn't have individual parts to give us, they sent us a whole new water fountain as replacement since we were still under warranty (Sue was very helpful, thank you again!). Great customer service!

As many others have said, this is a great dog water bowl. It provides a lot of water, keeps the water clean and fresh, and is easy to clean and replace the filters. I'm not going to rehash any of that. I'm going to talk about running this waterer on battery power. I almost bought this fountain about a year ago. The only thing that stopped me was that our 'dog station' sits in an area with no AC outlets, and running an extension cord to power a waterer would be *really* ugly. So, I bought a battery-powered unit with a sensor to trigger the pump when the dog approaches. It worked great for about 8-9 months. Then, the sensor that detects the dog standing at the fountain stopped working. I eventually figured out that it would usually work if the battery was charged to > 50%. I replaced the pump/sensor assembly, but the new one was even *worse* than the first one: it stopped working after two weeks, and would only trigger water flow if the battery was at least 75% charged. If I have to keep the battery at 75% or higher, it would need charging every day or two! Fully discouraged with battery-powered waterers, I bought this product and tried with using a battery pack to run it. (The pump has a USB-A connector on the end, so it's easy to try this.) Since the second sensor fountain required charging the battery every day or two, could things be worse? I already had two of these 25.8Ah battery packs: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F5Q5J88F. They give me roughly 4d 14h of power each before shutting down; the math shows that the fountain's pump takes ~235mA to run. I swap them out every 4 days to keep the packs from going to zero, and I can live with that. Continuous running keeps the water cleaner than the sensor-triggered approach, too.

So simple and not plastic! The sound of the fountain is soothing and both dogs and 1 cat love it. It's been going 2 weeks and it is NOT gunky and gross. One of our dogs is a Newfypoo--she used to dip her whole face in the water. Now the drink area is too shallow for face dunking yet she still gets a drink without mess. Yeah. I can not recommend this enough. We had a plastic version and it was totally disgusting. The filtration was not adequate and so it got gunky and clogged despite holding 2 gallons. This is perfect and easy to fill from the top. Bravo!

UPDATE: The company saw my review and reached out to me to make things right. They informed me about their 2 year warranty, which I was not aware of. They sent me a new fountain and so far, so good. As stated in my original review, I did not reach out to the company for a resolution, so for them to bother reading the reviews and reaching out to me on their own, I found impressive. We bought this bowl for our 3 cats, 2 dogs, and foster dogs the share around Christmas time. It worked beautifully for about 4 months, but then the motor died. When it worked, the faucet had a nice, easy flow to it, encouraging our cats to drink more than they used to. I liked the light indicator that told us when it was running low as well. Now that the motor doesn't work, we took the top off and still use the large bowl as a standard water bowl simply because I like the size. In the company's defense, we did not reach out and ask for any kind of resolution, and we may have just gotten a defective item.

So far I’m impressed with the oneisall water fountain. I have another oneisall product that I really like so that drew me to this option. - the stainless steel gives a clean appearance - the option to have a faucet style or a bubbly fountain is nice - the bowl has a window to see the water level clearly - the pump has a blue light on it so it’s easy to see the level day or night - it’s quiet! - there are 2 separate filters - the one that filters the return water fits perfectly without room for debris to go around it, and then there is one on the pump itself which I assume is to catch anything that happened to go past the first filter. - the surface area that the water covers is large enough for both dogs to drink at the same time (30-40 lbs dogs), and the bowl holds 7L water so no need to fill it everyday. - dogs love it. One loves the faucet style and thinks he is getting the “freshest” water right from the tap lol. Hoping that this bowl holds up over time, but first impression is 5 stars. Will try to come back and update after it has had more use!

I purchased this fountain in May 2025 and it has been a wonderful water fountain for my two dogs. It comes apart easily and is simple to clean. I also purchased extra filters so we had them on hand and we switch them every two weeks. I love that the water in their bowl doesn't get stagnant and it actually keeps the water cold! We (and our dogs) have loved our fountain so much that I've recommended it to several other family members and friends (who have in-turn purchased one as well.) We did have one minor issue about 8 months after our purchase where the pump quit working. I was able to email the company directly and I received a quick response from Sue and she promply shipped us a new water pump! Within a few days our dog's water fountain was up and running again! To me, THAT is what great customer service should be! They stand behind their product, so you can rest easy knowing that they will take care of you if anything should go wrong with your purchase. Not all companies do that, so I was very impressed.

My 4 dogs drink so much more water and are well hydrated! Easy to use, keeps the water fresh and flowing, well made, the filters are excellent! I'm extremely happy with this brand and product!

I have 4 cats that drink a lot of water and this fountain is the perfect size. It is very quiet until the water gets low then it makes a bit of a whistling noise. Now that I know it does that I just keep filling it up when it gets close to that point. I have had several other water fountains in the past but they were plastic ones which got dirty fast but this one being stainless steel the water stays cleaner for a longer period of time. One of my favorite parts is having the blue light on and it shows how full or low the water level is. Great seller on top of everything else!
