Good! Opt for capsule version if you don’t like to taste fishiness of the oil.
After research I chose this brand as its one of the top brands for an efficacious and clean label omega3s. Product arrived well packed and relatively quickly too. I take this oil daily as recommended and store in the fridge. Tastewise I still taste a fishiness despite it being lemon flavoured, but I don’t mind this too much. If it bothers me by the end of the bottle I’ll go for the capsule version. This is a great brand and I purchased during the prime deal so it was a great price per serving.

Top quality fish oil.
This is a hight quality product which is reflected in the price. On taking off the screw top there was a plastic bung which initially I thought was for controlling the flow when pouring, but it proved to be nothing more than just a bung which is easy to remove. I found it easier to pour this into a small glass tumbler than to risk spilling it whilst trying to pour it onto a spoon. I found this palatable with a hint of lemon and it reminded me of being given cod liver oil as a child, but this tastes so much better. You may wish to quickly wash this down with some water afterwards as it does leave an odour . I am really pleased with taking this supplement so far, but I am taking a star off because it is very expensive and you do not get a lot of oil, which was a bit disappointing.
