How much does the tent pole weight?

No tent pole for the small one, they expect you to use a trekking pole. I don't have the weight for the one that comes with the larger version, but zpacks sells a 1.25 oz trekking pole jack so you can use a trekking pole with the larger tent too. I believe that saves you about 0.75 lbs
