I‘ve tried everything for energy and nothing has helped like this! I actually get it for the hair benefits but noticed when I take this I don’t feel lethargic during the day. Be aware it will cause hair to grow like crazy everywhere on your body.

Did what was expected

I have high cholesterol and pre diabetic so I thought I would give this a try. I was hoping to take it with out having a bad vinegar taste and much to my surprise it tastes quite tasty.You can smell the vinegar but don’t really taste it. I’m not sure if it has helped these 2 issues cause I have not been tested yet at doctor’s office. I am also obese and was hoping for wt lose but have not seen that yet. My hair and nails are seeing great benefits from it.

I bought this because I had heard so much about Moringa's assisting in strengthening the immune system and boosting energy levels. I had a complete hysterectomy in late September; I started taking this in late October and have noted a definite improvement in my energy levels. The doctor stated that I was healing from the surgery quite quickly as well. Recommend !

I have noticed two significant improvements since I started taking this supplement. Firstly, I was having huge problems with my nails breaking and splitting. Since I began taking it my nails are growing again and they are strong and healthy! Secondly, my energy level has definitely improved, I am more active and have started going to the gym again.

I took this for a week as directed and noticed no difference. If anything, I had less energy. I will give it a go for a couple more days, but otherwise, no noticeable benefits.

I'm taking Moringa because my father and his neighbor recommended it. I was told it was the same medicine that kept former Cuban president Fidel Castro alive for so many years. I take it for preventative purposes. I just take it once a day for a healthy balanced life style.
