I bought these to make royal icing for holiday cookies. Beautifully pigmented, and doesn't water down icing. Love the variety of colors at such a value. The icing didn't have a food coloring taste. I have plenty of pigment left after 3 large batches of royal icing. My only complaint is that the bottle tops popped off of a few colors while squeezing, which yielded too high of a color concentration.

I’m Very impressed with the Gel Colors, There’s no comparison to regular Food Coloring, which I will never Buy again ! Always buy the Gel if you want vibrant colors ! This is a Great Gel Set the bottles are extremely Small… But it only takes a Few Drops to reach the desired color ! I definitely recommend ! Now if I could just Learn to Pipe !

The variety is great but the size is tiny. The gel is super hard to drop out. The colors are not that vivid. Would not buy again. I guess the value for the money was appropriate for most but I’m pretty particular.

I love these. And there are just so many gorgeous colors choices, you don’t even have to blend any colors together to “create other colors”…that is, of course, if you don’t want to. We colored frosting and cake mix, and used food “paint” brushes to paint fine details onto our Halloween cupcakes. The results were fabulous, and my grands had so much fun, and were super pleased! The bottles were a little hard to squeeze. But that factor definitely guarded against putting more food coloring in than necessary. Usually one or two drops is all you need. So 5 stars.
