I have used this product before, and it is wonderful! Just as it says on the tube, it is soothing,and the smell of mint is another attraction.

My Osteopath uses this on me and the mint smell alone makes me feel more relaxed. I think the cooling feeling of the cream is soothing but it will not cure chronic back pain and the effects do not last for long (possibly an hour). Still worth buying thoughto help you feel more relaxed or smoothed - which helps relieve tension caused by chronic pain.

Was recommended by my physiotherapist years ago, it works quickly and drys quickly, relaxes sore aching muscle quickly too, I recommend this over the bigger brands as I think it’s more effective. Caution not to get it in your eyes, the mint really stings obviously flush out with water if this happens
