I've bought 2 cards in May 2019 and one has a fault in one of the ports.How can I get it replaced please?

To be fair I was a really disappointed when this card turned up. Considering how much it cost the heat sink was quite loose and wobbled about. I tried to straighten it up but it kept reverting back to its wonky state. There's a couple of plastic pegs on opposite corners of the heatsink, held in place with springs, but it looks like one of the springs was weaker than the other one and compressed fully causing the issue. Perhaps my card was faulty but this sort of thing should be picked up in QA.The card seemed to work and was detected fine after installing the Intel drivers from their website. This also leveraged the extra functionality provided by this card's chipset such as VLANs, Link Aggregation etc. so it clearly works and appears to be a genuine Intel chip.However, the heatsink got incredibly hot after only a few minutes use. I just didn't have much confidence in the heatsink doing a good job of dissipating heat, or in the plastic pins holding it on top of a chip that clearly gets really hot.If you are looking for a Dual port 10GbE RJ45 card I think there are better quality options out there.Pros:- Appears to be a genuine Intel chip- Works with Intel drivers to leverage advanced functionality such as VLANs, Link Aggregation etc.- Comes with low profile bracketCons:- Expensive- Really poor build quality on the heatsink and installation- Runs very hot

Très bien avec les versions Linux y compris FreBSD Normal le Chipset Ethernet est INTEL.Avec Windows 11 ne le reconnaitra pas la carte vous devrez l'installer manuellement avec un pilote sous clé USB lors de l'installation de Windows 11 contrairement au cartes ASUS 10 GBits.Une fois installé ça tourne à plein régime et les NAS ou lecteur multimédia sous SMB identifie tout de suite l'appareil, ce qui n'est pas obligatoirement le cas des 10 GBits ASUS.

Tengo fibra de 10Gb/s y esta tarjeta coge como mucho 1.7Gb/s. He contactado con Intel, 10Gtek y nada, no hay solución.

Dopo aver provato altre schede con chipset Aquantia questo di Intel è l'unico che rimane stabile ed ha una velocità di circa 7Gb download e 2Gb upload costanti. Caro ma soddisfatto.

Installation physisch geht rasch, einzig wollte die Karte beim Booten auch immer mitspielen; eben das konnte ich durch einen Eingriff ins BIOS unterbinden.Echte 10Gbit- sagenhaft, was alles flotter geht, z.B. Backups des NAS auf die externe Festplatte, öffnen von Ordnern mit Bildern etcGute Investition!

舐めてんのか。だったら10GTek使うわ。
