precious Presto Gel
discovered it about 10 years ago and it's the only remedy I use when the problem reoccurs ... because other remedies cannot even compare. after over 40 years of suffering I can say this with confidence.They have changed the scent slightly, but it remains just as effective.its burning sensation although unusual at first is mild and it lasts only several minutes... eventually I got used to it.Presto Gel suppositories unfortunately not as good as this gel ... but that's okay because I don't like suppositories anyways.
