It works!
I often suffer from lower back pain and upper back pain. I find the heat pad comforting and soothing. I wouldn't be without it. Also not medically important, but the pretty design is a bonus.

Je m'en sert tous les jours pour le mal de dos et en bouillotte.Par contre l odeur de lavande chaude c est plutôt désagréableDonne aussi une sensation d humidité désagréable quand c est chaud.Mais je ne regrette pas mon achatOpter plutôt pour la housse blanche qui est plus douce et fine. La grise est trop épaisse moins agréable il fait la chauffer 30sec de plus
