I tried just using the suction on a dry surface and also with a little moisture added. Both times, the holder ended up on the floor. Good idea but doesn’t work.

Christmas gift - best I had to open one. High quality and doesn’t slide off sink. And big enough to fit my curling iron and flat iron at same time

The product is a great idea and made with thick silicone, but the back suction cups don't last/hold. Maybe 10 minutes and my flat iron is on the floor.

I purchased this product because my irons kept falling on the floor. I like the look and thought it would work well. I tried the suction cups, it works for short term, but will lose its grip in about an hour. So, I have to use the hook. Hook works great, I have had it up for weeks and it keeps my iron from falling on the floor.

I have tried various ways to keep the suction cups connected to the smooth surface of my counter. It has fallen off several times in the few short days I have had it. Only plus side is that it will keep the hot tools off of the counter and protect the counter from damage.

Yep, works great! I use it to hold my flat iron so I have more space on my makeup table. No complaints!

This mat did not hang on the counter like described. Description said it would hold for an hour in a counter while the hot iron cooled down. I put my cold iron in it to see how it worked. Left the room for 10 minutes and when I came back it had slid off of the counter and was laying on the floor. I would not recommend purchasing this product. Doesn’t work as described.
