This flag pole is supposed to be heavy duty. As soon as I got it out the box I had a feeling it wouldn't be. I thought I'd give a try anyway. I should have stuck with my gut feeling as on the second day the plastic hook broke off. I thought the pole would go first. Please don't say it's heavy duty when it's not as it's wasting everybody's time. I've bought some metal hooks for it and I'll update this review over time.

The flag pole is a decent quality system. However, the rotating ring broke after only a couple of uses. I can't find a way to contact the company for a replacement part. So, while the product is decent the customer service is non-existent. Please contact me so I can get a replacement part!

Lasted 7 months
Only lasted 7 months before the plastic top mounting ring broke where the metal clip is held. Since the top grommet on the flag can't be clipped in, this pole is now useless.
