Snuggle Beds Elwood Antique 4FT6 Double Bed Frame Honey Antique Pine

I recently decided to get rid of my old metal frame bed due to the unbearable squeaking. I am happy to report that this doesn't squeak at all. There is an occasional thud when the central wooden plank hits done on the wooden slats that form the base but I removed this problem by placing something soft between the boards.As other people have stated, this does not take 30 mins to construct. It took me just under 2 hours but it was quite easy to do.It looks nice and does the job. It's not the best bed frame in the world, but for the price I think it's quite decent.

The product arrived faster than predicted.It’s a good looking product made of quality wood.The bed does squeak sometimes and the head end of the bed does wobble and requires regular tightening. However, this doesn’t impact the product significantly as it’s a fabtastic bed.I found it difficult to put together and required a second person as I’m not good a building items but it went up within 1 hour.

Took me under two hours, and thoroughly enjoyed doing it. Headboard was a bit fiddly at first but did one side and then stood it up on end and the other upright slotted in easily. I also liked that I could decide which sides to have on display for the headboard. The bed itself is sturdy and rock solid. Holes for screws and rawl plugs were all 100% correct. NB make sure you have the circle cut out facing the wall when you fit the centre support under the headboard, I hadn't bothered to read the instructions properly at that part and it was fiddly having to unfasten and turn it. It's a solid bed, very comfortable and no creaks. Recommend both the bed itself and the amazing mattressman delivery people who delivered the day after I ordered.

Very easy to assemble when there are two people - instructions are fairly easy to follow - took about 30 minutes. Looks good and is reasonably sturdy. I bought a double mattress(silentnight 4'6'') which is noticeably smaller that the frame both width and lengthways, though this is not a big issue but something to be aware of. Overall pleased with the product.

I've had this bed for a while now and can definitely say its really great product. My daughter used it as a trampoline quite few times and it survived! I had to tighten few screws when bed frame has settled down after few months but that's not a problem at all (you will probably have to do it with all of them anyway). It might be a bit of a challenge if you're planning to put it together on your own. If that's the case I would recommend electric screwdriver! Sturdy and strong when put together properly so please take your time.

Excellent product, well made and very clear instructions on how to assemble. Would have been five stars if it had had two supporting legs underneath instead of just one.

Very good value for money, sturdy, classic strong pine. Clear instruction, quality fixings, easy to assemble,I fully recom. this bed, much better than big, expensive names.

A nicely designed unfussy bed which doesn't take up too much floor space. It was fairly quickly easily assembled which was a bonus and looked good after assembly.
