It takes a couple more passes than my trimmer at home, but it does the job well. Very quiet. I like how the main guard that comes on it is adjustable, it covers all my needs while traveling and I can leave the rest at home. Definitely worth the purchase. Heads up though, every time I go through TSA they pull my bag to inspect them. They pass and I go right through, but apparently they look weird on x-ray or something. Definitely not a big deal, just pack them close to the top of your bag.

This is very lightweight and does a very nice trim. Job when I need a little bit of cleanup.

Omg. This is so necessary. I trim the boys hair just to neat up the edges. Only takes a minute before the bus! Between this and the bullet shaver. The boys can trim up quick under pressure. One of my sons often takes the bullet on the road a few mornings a week. Do contact. We love these helpful compact tools…total keepers.

The lack of intuitive release or locking tabs makes routine grooming unnecessarily cumbersome.

Got this for travel purposes. I travel a lot as part of my job. Sometimes can't get home when my hair gets a bit long over the ears or in back(I don't do mullets) and wanted something small and 'good enough' to trim my hair. This thing is SMALL, which is great for traveling. Uses a single AA battery(which means you can get a replacement battery just about anywhere in the world) and gets the job done when needed.

Trimmer as described. Fits neatly in your grasp and, small as it is, very powerful. Definitely great to maintain pixie cuts, as mentioned in previous reviews, and I am pleased w/ the results and $$ saved. Directions are included but w/ a few YouTube videos, no more barber visits for me.
