Q: Should i put this in the fridge after opening?

It's a good question, and if you hear from the provider, I would love to know their advice. I have stored the leaves the same way I store dried bay leaves (in a closed container on the shelf in my cool, dark pantry) and have had no issues with them. I also store dried kaffir lime leaves this way and have been satisfied with the outcome.
