The best water dispenser for a Cat or Kitten!
I recently purchased the Cat Water Fountain Stainless Steel: Automatic Pet Water Fountain Dog Water Dispenser, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! My cat, Bandit, absolutely loves it. He was a bit hesitant at first, but once he realized what it was, he started drinking from it immediately. One of the standout features is how quiet it is. I was worried that the motor noise would be loud in our room at night, but it's practically silent. Setting it up was a breeze—everything clicked into place easily, and the instructions were clear and straightforward.Another major plus is that it doesn't spill water. I used to find puddles around Bandit's old water bowl all the time, but with this fountain, the area around it stays dry. The stainless steel design is sleek and modern, and it’s super easy to clean.Overall, I highly recommend the Cat Water Fountain Stainless Steel to anyone with pets. It keeps the water fresh and clean, encourages my cat to drink more, and looks great in my home. Five stars all the way!

Mom wants another one
My mom has a dog with special needs. It's so easy for her to assemble and it's extremely durable. It's sleek appearance doesn't make it an eyesore either. It doesn't leak whatsoever. It's not messy in fact it takes the messy part of a water bowl away. The motor is dead silent.

Clean water!
The media could not be loaded. First off... if you are wondering can you use this with kittens? Yes. At 6 weeks old my kittens were able to use this. I put placed a shoe box lid in front of it to act like a little step stool. They are 9 months now and they can easily drink from it without assistance. I chose this one because of the design. The water flows on top of a stainless steel lid and then flows down to the storage area where the main water tank is as well as the filter. Because of that when my kittens walk over it, they don't make a mess everywhere like they used to. They used to spill or knock over the water dish and make a mess everywhere. They also used to track food or litter in the water. Now if they do, the sponge traps any debris and filters our clean water. But because it's a lot larger than the old water dish, they walk over it less than before. It has a large water capacity so it reduces the amount of times you have to refill it. I still regularly put fresh water in it and clean it. It's made out of quality materials and the devices is extremely quiet. The only thing you really hear is the flowing water and even that is very quiet. I like the little window into the tank. It lights up so it's easy to see where the water dish is at night in the dark and also it allows you to see the water level so you know when you have to refill it. My only complaint is that I wish the filters lasted more than a week. It recommends refilling the filter every week. So keep in mind that you have to continue to buy the filters and sponges regularly if you want it to filter the water. Otherwise you can just have the water flow and not filter it. This is not a battery operated water dish. It requires being plugged into an outlet. So if you have kittens that like to chew cords, you need to keep that in mind as well. But just a trick, wrap the cord in tinfoil and they will learn not to chew the cord. No issues with the device so far. Oh and it's also really easy to clean.

Splish-Splash
Love the fountain! Easy to clean and holds a LOT of water. The cats love it, both drink in different ways which is why I picked this fountain over others. The bowl part holds a nice amount of water for the one that likes drinking the old fashioned way and the spout flows nicely not splashing around for my other cat! Its very quiet and I feel like I only have to refill it once a week.It is pretty easy to clean but make sure to look at ALL the cracks and crevasses! I thought I was cleaning it pretty well but I found out there's a lot more hidden compartments and parts inside the filter area that I was not getting! Something to keep in mind but not deter you from getting it!I've had this one for at least 3 months and its still going strong, no issues and both cats love it!

Happy With this Cat Fountain
My cat has diabetes and kidney disease. I needed fresh water constantly for him. There were so many choices of fountains but I selected this one based on stainless steel, reviews, and price. I've had the fountain for over 2 months now, and it works great. It took my cat about 10 days to get used to the fountain and feel comfortable around it, so don't worry if your kitty is suspicious at first. Now, he is mesmerized by the flow of the water and will sit and just watch the water falling.I have to refill the water about every 2 - 3 days, however that will vary by how much your cat/s drink. It's easy to refill by just pouring new water (I use a pitcher) into the collection tray on the top of the fountain. The water flowing is very quiet, and the motor from the fountain not very loud at all. I have noticed if the water level is getting low that the motor noise is a bit more pronounced. That's good because I don't know what would happen to the motor if the fountain ran out of water. While the little window on the front of the fountain is helpful to see the water level, if your fountain is on the floor, it can be hard to see the window unless you stoop down or bend over to look at it.Hope this helps you decide if this is the fountain for you and your cat.

Perfect
At first I was disappointed by the size of the box. In the images in the description, it looks bigger than it actually is. I wanted a larger fountain to accomodate a dog as well as two cats. Also, when I removed it from the packaging, it seemed thin and flimsy. HOWEVER, it was easy to put together and once filled with water and plugged it it was perfect for our furry friends. I set it on a food tray on the floor and our dog went for it right away and seems to prefer it over the water bowl. The cats were a little anxious about it at first, but they love it as well. I purchased this one based on reviews and it is perfect for our family...sturdy, it doesn't move around and they all like the running water.

Quiet, easy to see how full it is and perfect size for two small dogs
I'm absolutely delighted with this pet water fountain! The first thing I noticed was how incredibly quiet it is - no more annoying gurgling or bubbling sounds to disturb me or my furry friends. The design is also very thoughtful, with a clear window that makes it easy to see when it needs to be refilled. And the size is perfect for my two small dogs, who love drinking from the flowing stream. The fountain is easy to clean and maintain, and the adjustable flow rate means I can customize it to my dogs' preferences. Overall, I'm so impressed with this product and would highly recommend it to any pet owner looking for a reliable and quiet water fountain for their fur babies!

Purrfect cat water fountain
Quality product reasonably priced. Very quiet, easy to set up & also maintain/clean. All of my cats (I have 5) did not hesitate to use immediately after it was as set up for them. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd one.

Easy for a determined and smart cat to disassemble
The product works as the seller describes and is certainly easy to disassemble and clean. That is also the problem. While the top tray is nicely recessed below the top of the container, the grey plastic "handle" at the back that makes it easy for a human to grab is extremely easy for a cat to grab. As you can see from the pictures, it is not clamped on. It just sits there. Right from the start, I added the quick link you see in the picture to keep one mischievous cat from lifting the lid off. He studied the fountain for two hours, watching where the water went, trying to hook the edge of the lid with his claws, trying to bite the metal near the handle, and then trying to claw the water return slot with freshly-trimmed claws. He wasn't just entertained; he was evaluating. It took him three days to figure out (with now-sharp claws) how to hook the lid and remove it. We have tried various positions with the single quick link and he has thwarted every one of them. I will definitely be picking up three more links. I may actually drill four holes to completely close the links. I will say that the fountain doesn't splash or make a mess on its own. It is really and truly a quiet motor, and I am pleased to say that having the pump running dry for at least an hour after the cat pulled the lid off did not alter its performance.Side note on cats: if you have one of those cats that opens cupboards and drawers, hangs on the back of kitchen chairs, spends time on the tops of doors, and climbs up the water pipes to get into your drop ceiling, your cat will figure out how to dissemble this quickly. (Cat food should NOT have brain-enhancing DHAs).With regard to cleaning, the seller provided a useful little brush. The unit washes quite easily. With three cats, I find that most of the hair gets caught in the first filter below the water return. Some does make it into the bottom. As long as your cat hasn't rearranged the tray and the position of the pump, the foam filter will stay in place and keep hair out of the pump. I didn't read the instructions when I first put it together and missed putting the first filter in, so I had a bit of hair in the water and a little bit stuck on the pump intake. Since the unit came with one foam filter installed, I just added the second foam filter for extra insurance against hair. I find that a little slime will build up by day four (this would happen with ANY style of fountain) so it is important for sanitation to clean it more often than that. The bottom line: Our three cats are definitely drinking more water now, so we are keeping the water fountain for its many good qualities, just adding more cat-proofing.
