Dependable and versatile
This was great on my recent trip to Europe. Started in the UK and made my way to Europe, and this thing kept up at every stop. Really nice to have all the old dongles etc. I'd have to carry in a single unit. Would recommend.

Generally good versatile adapter
The idea behind this adapter brick is to be able to plug into any sort of electrical outlets you might find anywhere in the world, and be able to get usable power to charge your USB devices. It does fairly well at this task.First, it does have options for every sort of outlet I've ever seen... mostly. I do have an issue with the UK-style setting: it has three prongs including the grounding prong, but, the grounding prong is just plastic and doesn't actually do anything. That's fine, it isn't required, and most of the other adapters don't have the third prong anyway. However, much as in the U.S., older electrical outlets may not have the third hole available. You wouldn't be able to use this brick with such outlets, even though the third prong is useless. I suppose you could just snap it off, but that seems a shame. Also, unlike many other similar adapter blocks, the plugs for US/Japan and Australia are the same - you have to twist them by hand a bit to get them to fit the different angles of those outlets. Not a big deal, just a potential source of confusion.Note that, while the block has an electrical outlet that will accept most plug types, it does NOT transform between voltages, so you need to be knowledgeable as to where you're using it and what you're plugging in! I wouldn't really recommend using this feature, just stick to the USB outlets, which do transform the voltage appropriately.Regarding those, the USB-C port put out an excellent 2300 mA. The USB-A ports provide a weaker but still very good 1800 mA. There are three USB-A ports and one USB-C, so you should have plenty of ports available to charge everything you're bringing along.

A/C Universal Apater
This is a universal adapter that can be plugged into virtually any a/c system and allows virtually any type of plug type to be plugged into it. That means it is a true universal adapter with a multitude of plugging configurations possible. A set of three sliders extend the male plug type to be used and the top of the unit has fittings that allows virtually any plug type to be fitted into the device. The body/case is made of a plastic moulding which seems relatively well built and should not give problems, though I have seen better and hence the four-star review. Four USB ports, one of which is USB C, is a welcome and useful addition. The overall device is relatively light, which is good for traveling. Recommended.

Perfect Gift For A Friend Who Travels
I got this for an upcoming trip with my friend and decided to get them a universal travel adapter as well. They travel a lot for work too so they can use it on their future trips! It feels very durable and I really like the design of the sliding tabs to push out the prongs. It's perfect to charge their devices and laptop all at the same time. I am excited to give this to them and see what use they get out of it.

A practice power solution!
This is a great travel solution for plugs.I mostly bought this to be a single plug to bring on vacation to charge multiple devices at one time.I love the USB ports and the USB-c on the bottom. For that alone it does what I want it to do.The receptacle fits plugs nicely and the prongs that come out of the device lock into position well. When using the European plug you do have to make sure you slide it all the way forward until there is an audible click or it will push back into the housing. It's nice that multiple plugs cannot be pushed outward at the same time.I will say the overall size was slightly bigger than I expected, but at the same time not terribly surprising given all the different configurations. One thing I particularly like is the ability to use this adapter to charge multiple USB devices while still leaving the outlet accessible for another device like a lamp. This helps by leaving the outlet accessible, through the receptacle adapter on the front, instead of blocking the outlet like a normal AC adapter. For example a beach house we like to stay at has one outlet in a bedroom which has the only light in the room plugged into it and the other receptacle has a fan plugged into it. Now I don't have to choose between charging my phone and having a fan or light in the room.Definitely a very useful travel device that will only be more useful to us if we take a trip abroad!

Very good, very versatile, but will not convert voltage from 240 to 110.
Planning for an upcoming European cruise and a stay in England. This will work well both in country and on the cruise ship. It will be especially helpful for USB charging, with 4 ports built in. You can also plug in a device that can be powered by 110-240 volts, such as most computer power adapters or phone chargers. Check the specs on the device you are plugging in before you plug in, since this unit does NOT convert 240 volts to 110 volts. Other than that, this is a well-designed unit, has numerous Safety Agency markings, and the 3 individual plug options will each lock in position when slid out. They have an interesting feature with the combined US and Austrailia/NZ plug. You slide it out straight for US, and twist the prongs for use in Aus/NZ. Very clever. For the price and feature set, you can't go wrong with this unit.
