I am a tall woman (5’11) with a curvier build. I got the L/XL I found that it kept sliding up even when I pulled the straps on the side. I made sure it was nice and tight, usually I’ll suck in my tummy some to make it extra tight and supportive in the low back. having a brace slide up has been a typical problem for me given my wider hips but I thought having the shoulder straps (multiple at that) and the side straps would help keep it in place better. even with everything tightened I was not feeling very supported. the metal bar that runs along the whole spine of the brace isn’t very formed so I found that gapped a lot trying to move around (even all tightened) and I wasn’t moving much, causing the brace to slide around more. having the shoulders being pulled back with that stiff pretty unformed spine makes it feel kind of like being wrapped around a metal pole. the straps that come down from the shoulders were also way too short for me to attach anywhere as well and found it very uncomfortable when I tried. the small shoulder straps just pull the whole brace up and out of place. those don’t make sense to me at all. the concept, yes, but why make them so short. it feels like it’s trying to pull the shoulders forward separating you from spine and defeating the purpose. I was not feeling supported at all. everything was tight but it was too loose and nothing was supported correctly no matter how many times I changed the straps. have to return yet another back brace

Good support for posture but it's very rigid and the back rod tends to slip up and hit your the back of your neck when sitting down
