Very good quality mattress, comfortable and affordable price. So far its been more than 6months. No complaints. Children are happy to sleep.

False promises on returns
Impossible to return via chat, possible only via calls, where they simply refuse to return or help with anything.

Pathetic customer service
Not worth buying. Their customer service is pathetic. If you want to return the mattress in case it is not suiting you it will never get picked up. You will be stuck with it.
