I use this very infrequently however it does encourage sweat in my abdomen area. I use this under my waist trainer when working out. This is my second time ordering.

You definitely need a belt or cover with cling film

You can really see the results of the sweat especially when you wrap it with clingfilm! This is good but only as good as your work out, so don't think it will be a quick fix.

Belt really good sweet sweat is just a stick of something that smells nice didnt make more sweat or smell nice

The product gives your result, i use it before going to the gym along with sweat belt and when im done, it seems as if i was talking shower

I use it with a waist slimmer and I wish I would have taken before and after photos! Smells good, moisturizes and makes me sweat but not too much.
