Improves surface but not perfect
It comes with 2 sizes of dent pullers one about 3/4 inch and one about a 1/2. I bought this because we had wide spread hail damage in our area the size of hail was about a golf ball which caused several dents to my roof, hood and trunk lid. Did this product work? Yes, but as stated in other reviews it won't make the dents perfect. The best I can say is that is took the biggest most noticeable dents and made them look like the smallest ones. You will most likely have to treated the same dent more than once. Sometimes when pulling there was a loud audible pop and sometimes not. I think the loud pop was a good results but not always necessary for a good result. I used the yellow glue on cool to touch car surface in my garage out of the sunlight on a 70 degree day with the success stated above, the red stick if for hotter car surface on warmer days. Make sure you clean the both surfaces, the car and part of the puller you apply the glue before and after each use to ensure the best contact. I found my thumb nail and the rubbing alcohol solution provide the best method to cleaning the glue off the surfaces. I stuck with the yellow glue sticks because of temps and because I had a nice rhythm going, I will say its kind of fun and addictive once you get the hang of it. For the price I'm happy with the results for my late model black car.

It's all about your expectations, and patience
Here is the deal, if you have a nice car, go and pay a pdr specialist. Professional pointless dent repair specialists can work miracles and are far cheaper then a body shop (assuming you have a dent small enough). Pdr specialists however use more expensive tools that work from the inside of the panel - that's the key difference. This product in a nutshell does not work miracles. If you are expecting perfection look elsewhere. However, after 4-5 hours I was able to make several dents on my truck less visible. - still visible, but much shallower and harder to notice. This product for roughly $30 met my expectations.I had moderate success with three dents about the size of a 50 cent piece. I did have a larger dent about the diameter of a small apple, and had less success removing that dent. Even still, the depth of that larger dent has been reduced.

It kinda works
If you're expecting a flawless lift and finish, this won't do it. If you have rather large dents and want to make them less noticeable, this will work for you. It raised my dents from baseball-sized to dime-sized. It rarely, if ever lifted the dent to the surface. The glue that they provide just is not strong enough for that. I tried it in both hot and cooler weather with the same results.

Don't give up after the first try. It will work if you keep at it.
Small dents from shopping carts came out pretty easily. I had a dent the diameter of a basketball that had trim running through it - that took literally 20+ tries to remove - probably spent an hour and a half on that one large dent. Don't give up after the first try ! But it did pull the dent out and there is little left to show there was ever a problem. The kit comes with plenty of glue sticks - but I would have appreciated a bigger bottle of "glue remover." The residual glue is hard to get off the car without using lots of the "glue remover."

I am happy with this product
This product works well. It is technique sensitive so make sure to take your time. It did take several tries to get the dent out however it seems to me that practice and technique was what had the biggest impact.I had a dent next to the passenger door of my truck in the pillar. It took a couple of tries, but each one made a difference and not you can't see it. There is a little wave in the metal, but frankly you would have to know to look for it. I am happy with this product.

Might help some dents
Could more accurately be called the Dent May Help Tool. First off do not ignore the directions and try on a vehicle in the sun. It just wont work. I used the tool on several dents and never did get completely satisfactory results. It did lessen and improve one simple round ding. The tabs on which the liquid glue is applied seemed to adhere better the first few pulls so make your first pulls count. I am not sure I would buy or recommend this product. The concept seems sound but it failed to give me much satisfaction.

Works great with patience and cleaning
I purchased this kit to help get some various size dents out of my race car. I am pretty happy with the product overall but found the cleaning solution included with the kit is not always the best. To improve the performance I started to spray brake cleaner on the car and plastic tip after each application to improve the glue's ability to stick. This product will take some time to work the dents out but if you are patient you can get some good results.

My Dentfix Experience
Works well. If you're looking for a perfect surface look after using this product, you will not get it, you are not a proffesional repair person. Once you load the gluegun with a gluestick, you cannot remove it, only add the next gluestick. Glue will drip from the heated nozzle when idle, keep ithe gun standing up on a flat surface. Follow instructions, apply hot glue to the gluestud and press the stud onto the dented surface within 5-10 sec. Keep the car surface and glue stud clean between each use, you may have to use the crossbar and stud 4 or 5 times on the same dent. Turn the thumbwheel slowly until you hear the POP and the crossbar becomes loose in your hand. The cleaning solution is rubbing alcholol if you run out. The best tool to remove glue from your car surface and stud is your amazing fingernail, do not use any metal to remove glue. You will get a finished surface with a slightly noticable impression in the surface- hard to notice unless you stare at it.
