I snore, was beginning to struggle with sleep apnea, and have acid reflux. I read info on wedge pillows, and decided to try one. I liked that this was in three pieces, so I could adjust it to my liking, and it was within my budget, for a first time purchase, so I could make sure it helped. The different arrangements on the diagram page helped me figure out what needed to go where for comfort and support. I opted to put two pieces together for the long incline, then discovered it was like an arm slot, so I could adjust and sleep on my side.The first night, no apnea, no snoring, and no acid reflux. I've had the pillow since February 2024, and it's now October 2024, and I'm still sleeping so much better! And, my husband no longer feels like he needs to sleep in the spare bedroom to avoid how bad my snoring had gotten.Last weekend, I had to take an overnight trip, and stay at a hotel. I didn't have the travel space to take the pillow, and I was miserable trying to sleep on conventional pillows again. It was my proof that this wedge is truly therapeutic.I am guessing I'll need to replace it after a year or so, because like any pillow or mattress, they break down in time. The fact that it has saved me from needing medication, and a CPAP, and my husband hasn't left the room, is well worth replacing it occasionally!Oh, and I never knew how much my arm would go to sleep on a conventional pillow, as a side sleeper, until I slipped my arm in the slot I created. No more waking up to a painful, numb arm either. That was the bonus I never anticipated.Sometimes, I rearrange the pieces, to sit in bed and read a book, or to lay on the couch and watch TV. It's my go-to for comfort now. The support, in any reshape, is wonderful and works well.The hardest part is remembering how the covers go back on after washing them. I figure solving a puzzle is good for my brain.

I bought this when I was pregnant because I was super uncomfortable and sick all the time. It was the only way I could get any rest.Now that I'm not pregnant I still use it all the time. Great to lean against for late night breastfeeding. Also good if you have a cold and need to keep your head elevated.I'm going to be honest, I have absolutely no idea how to clean it. I'm sure they have that info somewhere but I haven't figured it out. So I'm sure it is collecting germs and dust but it is still comfy and I'm going to keep using it.

My neice, a DPT, recommended this. The first TKR, I used pillows, which were a pain in the neck. This makes life so much easier. No hassle with sliding, falling, pillows. Get this.My only crit is that the fabric feels cheap, and I wish it had a cotton type cover that was easily removable for washing.

I can confirm other reviews using words like hard, firm, stiff, pressure, etc. It is indeed very hard. I am not exaggerating when I say the cushions inside this wedge are, by far, the firmest I have ever encountered in my entire life. As such, it is entirely inappropriate for them to put the word pillow in the title. You might be able to use this for sitting up in bed to read or watch TV and you may also be able to use it for under-knee support and similar situations but do not be deceived into thinking this can be used for sleeping. Seriously, it is much much harder than the most "firm" pillows. So, unless you think "firm" pillows are way too soft then do not buy this with the intent of using it for sleeping.Another problem is that the version described as "grey" is actually white. In other words, if the grey color is important to you for reasons like not wanting something white that will easily show dust or stains, then definitely do not buy this. What you will actually receive is white!Lastly, the quality of a product has two aspects... the product itself and product support. However, product support has also been completely non-existant. I have contacted them twice, waited over a week, and haven't received a response to either contact attempt.UPDATE: After posting this review, I finally received a reply. And although it took a couple additional emails and another week, they ultimately made amends for the problems and provided a refund after I pointed out that I couldn't simply return it, per their suggestion, since it ships in a highly compressed, vacuum-packed bag and expands to several times larger when opened and would require a different, huge shipping box that I didn't have. Since they eventually came good by offering a refund at that point, I've raised the rating from 1 to 3. However, it would have been higher if they didn't take so long to initially respond and if the product was more accurately described.

This is exactly what we were looking for to be adjustable in so many different ways and I especially like it. It has the velcro on the side so that you can hold it in place without it sliding down it far exceeds the others that I compared it to. I would purchase again!

I was very hopeful for this product for my mom after having surgery, however, have been very disappointed. The first one I ordered did not fully expand, and the middle part stayed flat. After getting a replacement sent, I was HOPING it would be different. But on the new one, half of the middle piece will not expand again! I’m not spending anymore of my time contacting Amazon over this item, but I wanted to leave a review so others would know that this might happen.
