Firm and light
I use these on my levator scapula and upper trapezius against the wall. These are probably the best ball I have for that purpose due to their firmness and lightness.

Gute Härte
Seit ich meine Faszien regelmäßig in einem angeleiteten Kurs durchwalke, ist mir der Styroporball aus dem L&B-Set zu labbrig geworden. Diese Korkbälle dagegen haben genau die richtige leicht elastische Härte, Verklebungen und Verspannungen zu Leibe zu rücken. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Great self massager
I’ve been having sore wrists and these really help me massage out the tension. I haven’t tried the non cork massage balls but I’d imagine they’d hurt if I needed a lot of pressure. Also they are priced well
