Great product! We bought it lower cholesterol, and it lowered it.

If you're healthy you can get away with only one capsule per day. I take this to be preventative in nature as it functions as a natural statin. I exercise regularly, do cardio, track what I eat. Last round of bloodwork my lipids looked like (current w/citrus, previous w/out citrus):Cholesterol 158, 172Trig 66, 61HDL 59, 62VLDL 13, 12LDL 86, 98ApoB 73, 78Nice decreases in cholesterol, LDL, and ApoB. Tempted to run it two capsules to see what happens at the next blood draw.

Makes a difference on my glucose.My only objection, and it might make me change brands is the difficulty getting the inner seal off. There is nothing to get a hold of to pull it loose. I end up having to use a knife to get into the bottle.

I can’t take statins so I looked for a alternative. I been taking bergamot for a few months now and on my last labs it showed my numbers were down. Not a big drop since I just started taking them,but it was a start.Can’t wait until April to see the next lab results.Natural remedies are not a quick fix, you have to find the right one to help your body and this is the one for me.I tried red rice yeast first but there was no change with it. Matter of fact my numbers were slightly higher.I will update again in April after I get next labs done.

I read about this supplement so I thought I would give it a try.

I can't speak to how it worked because it gave me sulfur burps/gas.
