A potent and simple one a day multivitamin, it come in capsules form; However, they are easy to swallow. The taste is not the greatest and it is an organic taste, and not sugary! I take my supplements in the afternoon with lunch, and it seems to pick me up for the rest of the day, no allergies, no burping, and no gas – like fish oil pills do! Well, I liked the idea of buying these vitamins because it seemed to make up for deficits in my diet. I can't prove it empirically either way, but for the money I spent on these vitamins, I could get a year's supply of vitamins from Costco or Sam's.This was a 30 day supply.

Basic multi-vitiman filled with all the daily requirements that a normal healthy adult requires. Came in a capsule, but very easy to swallow. It has a basic taste, but better than other organic vitimans I've tried in the past. Would recommend for anyone that does not require more than the daily allowance.
