Satisfies my craving
Satisfied my cravings. No, they are not exactly like licorice, but they hit the spot. The texture is more gummy-like as some have mentioned, but the taste is good. I dislike the sugar alcohol candies and these taste more like candy than those. They are a little pricey, but they were my reward for reaching a weight loss goal and I am happy with my purchase.

Wouldn’t purchase again
I saw that some people didn’t like the flavor, but I think it taste enough like licorice that that is OK. I love that. It has 16 g of fiber. It’s also OK that it has 100 cal although fuel would be better but I’m OK with that. Where I take issue is that you’re chewing on the licorice and all of a sudden you bite into some little rock or hard something that jars your mouth and actually hurts your teeth to the root. The first time it happened I thought I had broken a tooth and maybe a piece fell out, but it didn’t. It happens at least once in every package sometimes three or four times. it’s disturbing that for that reason I would not purchase thos item again.

I love them!
I am on a keto diet and I love licorice which can be a problem. Because I couldn't have any until now. They are 10 grams of carbs but if you plan your meals right it isn't so bad and it satisfied my licorice addiction needs. The small bags are great for portion control and I don't feel like I am missing out because I can eat the whole little bag on my treat days. The licorice strands were not consistent in size and texture but to me that was great, having it not all be the same. Tastes great too if you are not a sugar eater!

Almost no flavor
These have almost no smell or flavor. They certainly are not a red licorice flavor. If anything, I detect a possible, very faint, fruit flavor, but I can’t even identify what fruit. The good news is they are soft and chewy. But you will be very disappointed if you are expecting the classic red licorice flavor.

So good. Actually tastes like red licorice
This is an excellent product. Doesn't quite have the same texture as regular licorice but I'm OK with that. It's very close. The taste is really great and for such low sugar and keto friendly I'm really pleased. Like all keto /sugar friendly products I wish it was a bit lower in price but it's worth it for an occasional treat when you really just want some licorice with a movie or something!

Bad bad texture, great taste
It’s crazy cause I got a bag of candy that looked exactly like this but a little bigger at TJmaxx and they were perfect texture and so good (yes, the zero sugar ones). So i ordered these expecting the same and they are smaller and sooooo chewy and there’s weird hard pieces in some of them. They taste really good and I have eaten all of them but I don’t like them as much as the other version I tried. I don’t recommend these specifically but I do recommend their products that are in target! You can also buy their sour strips on amazon now and they are AMAZING. I’ll just go back to eating those.

Not as good as the 70%less sugar but them are hard to find but they are better

No Joy!
After receiving this as a “suggestion” in my Amazon feed. I thought I would give it a try. I read several favorable reviews (and some negative), what I can say is, this product from Joyride is a big disappointment. I recognize that in the interest of healthy living we all get used to making some concessions with regard to substitutes for our little vices (sweets), however the Joyride licorice bites are terrible. The consistency is quite hard, reminiscent to stale licorice. Chewing is laborious and sticky. It’s hard to describe the flavor which I believe is supposed to by cherry, but is more like a Vick’s cough-drop. The single serving size is generous and only 10 Net grams of carbs which is of course the only redeeming factor.Would not recommend, especially for parents with children who have dental work :(
